Are you licensed, bonded, or insured?

We are licensed with the city of Jonesboro, AR. We maintain a general liability policy of $1 million and a bond of $25,000. Contact us to request a copy of our bond.

Do you offer a guarantee if I'm dissatisfied with your service?

How long do estimates take? Who does it? What does it involve?

Shannon Hovis, our owner, personally tours your location with you in order to take notes, answer questions, and give you an estimate. Visits typically take from 15 to 20 minutes.

Are your staff independent contractors or employees?

All of our staff are employed by us. Local, federal, and FICA taxes and fees are paid.

Do you put your prices in writing? What do you charge?

Prices are influenced by the size of your home, what needs cleaning, and the number of items you need cleaned. You will then be presented with a service agreement that includes the work to be done and the price for services.

How many people come to clean my home?

You will either be assigned a single team member or a pair of cleaners who will regularly come to your home or business. If illness or another circumstance causes the need for a different crew, you will be notified ahead of time. Working with the same team allows you to get a more personal and customized cleaning service.

Do I need to be home when your crew arrives?

Although most customers prefer to not be home during their cleaning, it is entirely your choice. Tell us what you prefer. The security of your location is always our top priority.

What do I need to do before your team arrives?

To maximize your cleaning experience, pick up general clutter such as clothing and toys. Clear off countertops, and make sure you have enough supplies and that your vacuum and other cleaning equipment are in working order. This allows us to spend more time in cleaning.
