A Respected Cleaning Service

In 1981, Rebecca Brown started a small business that became a respected cleaning service in Whittier, CA. When she returned to the Jonesboro, AR area in 2004, people encouraged her to start a local cleaning service. In six months, it was established and thriving.

Shannon Hovis signed on as a cleaner back in 2009 and was promoted to office manager due to her hard work and enthusiasm.

New Ownership, Same Goals

Rebecca, considering retirement, trained Shannon on running all facets of the business to leave her customers in good hands.

NEA Pro Clean LLC was officially opened on January 1, 2015, under the new ownership of Shannon Hovis. There was a new name, a new owner, but the same goal: a commitment to professional, prompt, honest, and courteous customer service.
